Treating Eczema

Last time I blogged about my store helper’s eczema and how she complained about not getting enough sleep because of the discomfort.  With the eczema treatment that I gave her, she said it got better.  The skin on her palm is now clear.  Now it’s  her husband who’s got it and that’s what’s keeping them from getting back from their vacation.  They had trouble finding the cream in their town so I had to send her one.  I hope it gets better soon so they can back to Manila.  The store is eating much of my time and I already miss blogging. 

My store helper’s eczema is getting out of hand and needed eczema treatment to help her feel better.  She complained about not getting enough sleep because of the discomfort.  Her hands itched so much especially at night.  She is now under treatment and I’m hoping she gets better in a few days.  I can’t stand to lose her right now because my other helper is on vacation.  If she can’t take of the store, then that leaves me no choice.  I would hate to take a vacation from blogging, even for a while. 

That Itchy, Burning Feeling

I was not blessed with a good skin so at the first sign of blemish or rash, I act on it.  As a store owner, I am exposed to germs.  I’m always in contact with money and you know how germy paper bills, coins and pens are.  One time, I developed an itchy rash in my right palm.  I wasn’t sure what it was but I’m positive I got it from either the loose change or the pen.  I googled it and upon seeing those eczema pictures on the web, I knew what it was.  The very next day, I went to see a dermatologist and was given a treatment cream.  From then on I took precautions, you may laugh but I wear gloves whenever I’m at the store.

Keeping My Fingers Crossed
