Clean Bathroom in a Jiffy
Out of tile cleaner for the bathroom floor? How about using mouthwash? It was my MIL who taught me this trick when we visited and I saw her cleaning their walk in bath. Here’s how to do it: Combine 16 oz. of water and 1/2 cup of mouthwash in a bucket. Dunk a mop in the solution and use it to give your bathroom a quick once over. The thymol and menthol in the mouthwash are two ingredients that are as hostile to tile-grout germs as they are to gingivitis. Plus, the eucalyptol in the product will leave your floors with a minty fresh scent that just screams clean!

To stop the waterworks before they start, use the thumb and forefinger of one hand to pinch the thin web of skin between the forefinger and the thumb on the other hand. Hold on tight until the urge to cry has passed. The slightly painful sensation distracts your mind from the tear jerker, allowing you to come off looking as cool.
